We are inviting you to participate to the kick-off meeting of the InfectioTron EquipEx.

The meeting will take place on January 26th, 2022 in the morning, with the presence of Frédéric Fleury, President of the University Lyon1, Jean-François Pinton, President of ENS Lyon & Mireille Bossy, Executive Director of VetAgro Sup and representatives from the ANR. Due to the current evolution of the pandemic, we have decided to hold the conference as a digital meeting.

EquipEx+ InfectioTron has been funded by the French Governement (Agence Nationale pour la Recherche) on the 2020 Call for proposals ESR-EquipEx+.

The project proposes a unique line of equipment and complementary platforms allowing the multiscale and multimodal analysis of infectious events in living hosts with a special focus on high-level (BSL3) biosafety containment. 

InfectioTron’s technical and technological facilities are gathered on 3 campuses in Lyon (France) for an integrated Global Health approach of infectious diseases affecting humans, animals and plants.
